Welcome to the CAMRA Members' Investment Club website.

Have you ever wished that you owned part of a brewery or one of the many pub chains now in existence? 

We turn that dream into a reality and as shareholders we help to make a difference to the company policies introduced by their directors.

We have been investing in breweries since 1989. We now have approaching 4,000 members in the Club and at the end of December 2011 the fund value stood at approximately £10.6m with a unit value of £3.21.

If you are a member of CAMRA you are eligible to join us at the CAMRA Members' Investment Club.

The half yearly statements with accounts and Chairman's Report were sent out last month. Please contact the office if you have any queries on your statement.

The 2011 AGM was once again held at The Victoria in Beeston - full details and photos can be found on the Events page.

At the AGM it was proposed and agreed to increase the maximum contributions to £166 monthly and £2,000 annually.

Any member wishing to increase their contributions can simpy instruct their bank to do so or contact Jannette at the admin office for a new standing order form.

2012 Brewery Visits

The first visit for 2012 has now been finalised - a trip to Hop Back. More details on the events page.

A visit has now been arranged to Castle Rock in Nottingham. See events page for more information.

The 2011 foray into Europe was to Koelsch in Cologne and a trip round an Altbier brewery in the Dusseldorf area. Diary and photos on the Events page.

Cantillon share purchase
Last year the Club purchased a small number of shares in Cantillon Brewery in Belgium. More details and photos are on the Events page.

2010 Brewery Visits

Successful visits have been held to Belgium (report and photos on the Events page), Thwaites and Greene King.

2009 Brewery Visits
The year's first trip was a return to Fuller's on Tuesday 28 April.

The annual Belgian brewery trip was to Rodenbach - report and photos now on the Events page.

Also, the trip to Fullers went ahead as planned.
